The Turkey Trot Chronicles (pt 5) - A select group of local professors discuss physics, education and their tradition of participation in every Turkey Trot.

As a final cap to the day, a small group of local professors were kind enough to take a few minutes to get acquainted and provide their insight and impressions of the race, the value of a dog as a co-runner, and being in the Turkey Trot every year since the beginning.  These learned folks touched on what they thought was the real value of higher education and considered creating a special classification for the participating population that have a "canine co-racer" - for that special class of runners that take their dog(s) everywhere...as well they should.
